Requirements
Freshmen are first-time students who have not attended a college or university. Typically, this group is composed of high school seniors or those who graduated high school in the last five years.
Transfer students are students who have ever attended college or university after their high school graduation.
A former student is anyone returning to the institution after at least one calendar year, or those who are updating their enrollment information.
A dual enrollment student is a student who is enrolled in high school and wants to complete college courses and have them applied to meet high school graduation requirements.
A Non-Degree Seeking student is a student who does not want to seek a degree or receive financial aid at the College of Coastal Georgia; includes transient students and students auditing courses.
An international student is any student seeking a VISA to study in the United States.
