The SIPOA Scholars Program was established in 2019 to provide scholarships to Sea Island Company non-management employees or their immediate families. These scholarships, funded by the SIPOA Board and awarded by the College of Coastal Georgia, recognize academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, character, and need.

Scholars are paired with SIPOA members who provide guidance and support, fostering growth and success. This program has transformed lives, with graduates now contributing to our community as educators, professionals, and leaders.
