One Shell of a Good Time!

Kick off Alumni Weekend with a glow-tastic good time at Salty’s Spooktacular Glow Run on Friday, October 23, 2026 – a not-so-spooky, all glow, all-fun event that’s part run, part dance party, and 100% awesome!

This Halloween season, we’re trading candy for cardio with costumes and glow gear. Think “color run vibes,” but with black lights, neon accessories, and your most outrageous Halloween costume (yes, tutus and turtle shells are highly encouraged).

What To Expect:
  • A glowing fun run through campus
  • Black lights, glow gear, and good vibes
  • Costume contest with prizes
  • DJ dance party at the finish line
  • Bragging rights for the fastest (and most fabulous) runners
Why We Run (Besides the Glow Sticks):

Proceeds from Salty’s Spooktacular Glow Run help support the Coastal Georgia Alumni Association, fueling scholarships, alumni programming, and events that keep our community connected. This year, we’re glowing for more than just fun. We’re also running to promote Breast Cancer Awareness in honor of those bravely fighting breast cancer currently. Your participation helps us shine a light on a cause close to our hearts. So, while you’re glowing on the outside, you’re also doing some serious glowing from the inside.

Race Information

  • Check-In: 5 p.m.
  • Race Start: 7 p.m.
  • Party: Starts after race! Party ends at 10 p.m.

    Early Bird – Adult (18+) – $30 – Ending Sept. 4
    Sept. 5 – $35
    After Oct. 12, T-Shirt not guaranteed

    Student Registration:

    CCGA or Ages 7-17 – $20

    Children Registration:

    Ages 0-6, no T-Shirt – Free
