Watching Hurricane Michael – 10.9.18, 9:35 a.m. EDT

October 8, 2018
By: Tedi Rountree

The College of Coastal Georgia’s leadership team is closely monitoring the projected path of Hurricane Michael and its potential to impact the local area. While the most recent data shows the storm will not directly impact the Coastal Georgia community, we are expected to face heavy rains and wind. We are also cognizant of the fact that students may have family and friends directly affected by the hurricane.

At this time, all campus and Camden Center events will continue as planned. However, we strongly encourage everyone to monitor the resources below, heed the advice and warnings of local emergency management agencies, and make preparations as necessary.

Please continue to monitor this page for updates as they become available.
