Mariners look to make waves at national tournament

Brunswick, GA – Dr. Michael Butcher, Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life and Housing, and Brian Weese, Coordinator of Career Services, participated in the National Symposium on Student Retention in Louisville, Kentucky, during November. Dr. Butcher was a presenter at the symposium, discussing Integration of Program and Services to Increase Retention, Progression, and Graduation. He and Weese authored a poster presentation, Enhancing Career Development and Retention Through an Intentional Student Employment Program, for the symposium as well.
