The creative and innovative work of art students at the College of Coastal Georgia will be on display in May at a Student Art Exhibition at Brunswick Stewdio. The exhibition will open on Friday, May 3 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. during the First Friday festivities in Downtown Brunswick.

Selections of the best pieces of the year will be featured. These students were taught by Coastal Georgia faculty Aurora Pope, Jeff LeMieux, and Debbie Craig, and Kevin Pullen. Artwork will include ceramics, sculpture, drawing, painting, and projects from 2D and 3D design courses.

“The Student Art Exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to introduce to the community the work of these talented students,” said Pope. “I think that people will be impressed by our students’ skill and creativity.”

The art exhibition is free and open to the public with refreshments provided.
