54th Spring Commencement of the College of Coastal Georgia

The College of Coastal Georgia recognized the accomplishments of approximately 280 graduates on Saturday, May 11 at the 54th Spring Commencement ceremony held at the Jekyll Island Convention Center. Mariners were honored in front of family, friends, faculty, staff, and the community, and were given the charge to chase after their own success.

Graduates Tamera Adams delivered the invocation, and Dante Hernandez Delgado gave the charge to the Class of 2019. The Honorable J. Alexander Atwood, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, was the keynote speaker and Wayne Johnston, chair of the College of Coastal Georgia Foundation, welcomed graduates as new alumni of the College.
