The Certificate of Workplace Management provides business management education for the existing workforce in various industries.
This program offers courses that can aid in the development and promotion of an employee into managerial opportunities.
Upon completion of this certificate, the student will understand basic business concepts and terminology, who managers are and the management process, and understand leadership qualities and traits to increase efficiency and effectiveness in accomplishing organizational goals. They will also be able to use effective communication skills to promote respect and trust while developing positive relationships, and be able to demonstrate understanding of current trends in business.
