The Purchasing Department provides a range of services for faculty, staff, and students, including Central Receiving, Central Stores, and Purchasing operations. This department is located in the Central Receiving Building on the north end of campus, near the softball field.
Purchasing staff assists faculty and staff with ordering products and services as economically and efficiently as possible in compliance with Federal and State of Georgia purchasing laws, regulations and procedures, as well as Board of Regents and College of Coastal Georgia policies and procedures. Resources for faculty and staff are available on the Intranet.
Central Receiving is responsible for receiving and campus delivery of all USPS mail, UPS packages, FedEx packages, and freight deliveries. Outgoing mail and packages are also processed in the Central Receiving mailroom.
