The College of Coastal Georgia will join institutions across the University System of Georgia (USG) in observing Ethics Awareness Week, Nov. 2-8, an annual initiative that promotes ethical decision-making, personal responsibility, and a culture of integrity throughout higher education.
This year’s observance provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to reflect on the values that guide our campus community and reinforce the importance of ethical conduct in both academic and professional settings. Ethics Awareness Week also highlights the USG’s ongoing commitment to fostering environments built on integrity, accountability, excellence, and respect.
Throughout the week, the College will host a series of activities and opportunities designed to encourage conversation, raise awareness, and celebrate the role ethics plays in everyday decision-making. By engaging in these events, members of the campus community can strengthen their understanding of ethical leadership and the positive impact it has on our institution and the communities we serve.
