Our Mentor Meetups are an opportunity for your volunteer mentors to meet each other, ask questions and get clarification for their entrepreneurs, and sign up for mentor orientation or trainings.

The Lucas Center’s Annual Business Pitch Competition is an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to win cash prizes to support the formation of their business. Workshops, coaching, and mentoring accompany the Pitch Competition schedule.
Register yourself or your team in one of four categories: general business ideas, food/restaurant ideas, sustainability solutions, and technology.
Any aspiring entrepreneurs from the College or community are welcome to join us for a full-day workshop. Come with just a business idea and leave with a startup plan! Our full-day workshops include meals and opportunities to connect with other entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners in our local community.
Our fall cohort of ACCELER8 is currently accepting applications through Sept. 9.
ACCELER8 is designed for existing businesses who are ready to grow through weekly sessions on marketing, financials, operations, and strategy.
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month as local entrepreneurs share their stories, plans, and challenges. All are welcome in this supportive event to learn more about exciting endeavors in our community.
