BSN Fast Track Program Coming Soon!

The BSN Fast Track Program involves the same curriculum, classes, and clinicals as the traditional BSN program, but is designed to be completed one semester early. Instead of attending classes in the Fall, Spring, Fall, Spring, and graduating in May, Fast Track students will attend Fall, Spring, Maymester, Summer, and Fall, then graduate in December. Fast Track students should be high achieving students who do not need to work a job while in school since they will have more credit hours per semester and will have to attend classes year-round.

Admission criteria is higher than the traditional BSN. Students must have an overall GPA of at least a 3.0. HESI exam scores admission criteria is the same as the traditional BSN program – 80% or above in the A&P, Math, Vocabulary and General Knowledge, and Reading Comprehension sections.

The benefit of the Fast Track program is that students will get out a semester early and will be able to begin employment. These students will be graduating in December, where most schools are graduating Nursing students in May, thus opening up more opportunities for employment.

The Fast Track Program is expected to be available this Fall. If you have questions, please contact Kashawn Littlejohn.

Smaller classes allow professors to get to know their students, tailor instruction to student needs, and help guide students along their career paths. Faculty and staff incorporate this concept through teaching, interacting, and guiding students.
