Residence Life and Housing

All freshmen are required to live on campus for their first year. Students who live within the immediate five counties (Glynn, Camden, Wayne, Brantley, and McIntosh) are highly encouraged to live on campus, but have the option to exempt from the first-year requirement. Students should apply for housing immediately after acceptance. Residence Life and Housing at College of Coastal Georgia currently consists of a 350 bed, suite-style residence hall called Lakeside Village and a new residence hall called Mariner Village that accommodates 216 students on campus. Each of these living environments provides recreational lounges, study rooms, laundry, vending, and mailrooms. These options offer convenience in proximity and connection to campus.
