In order to help the College prepare for your arrival, you are required to complete the Commit2Coastal Enrollment Confirmation process each term you plan to enroll. The process is easy and only takes a few minutes.

How to complete the Commit2Coastal Enrollment Confirmation Process:

  • Visit https://portal.ccga.edu/commit
  • Log in using your CCGA username and password
  • Follow the prompts to start the appropriate survey for the coming term
  • Complete the survey and click SUBMIT

  • Log in to the CCGA portal at https://portal.ccga.edu
  • Click the Commmit2Coastal application which looks like this...

Please Note: This is a very important part of your enrollment process at Coastal Georgia. Failure to complete this process by the due date will result in the cancellation of your scheduled classes, housing reservation, and will impact the awarding of your scholarships and financial aid.

Why am I being asked to complete the Commit2Coastal confirmation process?

The College requires you to complete the Commit2Coastal enrollment confirmation process for two reasons. First, we want to make sure we are prepared for you when you arrive to campus the next semester. This information will help us ensure there are adequate classes being offered, enough room in the residence halls, determine how to award your financial aid, and how to adjust your bill for the semester.

Second, your committing to attend the College of Coastal Georgia is a very important decision for both your future and your finances. We want to make sure you understand the terms of your enrollment and the financial commitment you are making to the College.

What happens if I respond “I will be attending”?

GREAT! We will see you at the beginning of the semester. Please note, completing the Commit2Coastal Enrollment Confirmation does not preclude you from having to complete other steps in your enrollment process (i.e. admissions documentation, immunizations, financial aid documents, registering for classes, completing your housing application, paying your bill, etc.).

What happens if I respond “I will not be attending”?

ARE YOU SURE? We hate to see you go, and we really wish you would reconsider. If there is something we can do to help, please reach out to the Division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management at 912-279-5802.

If you are, indeed, not attending and select “NO,” you are authorizing the College to cancel your class schedule, housing reservation, scholarships, and financial aid package for the term listed. You may still be responsible for some financial obligations to the College. Contact the Bursar’s Office at 912-279-55746 or bursar@ccga.edu for more information.

What happens if I change my mind?

WE UNDERSTAND PLANS CHANGE. Once you have completed the form in the Portal, you are not able to go back and change it electronically. Please contact the Registrar's Office (912-279-5738 or registrar@ccga.edu) so we can help guide you on next steps.
