The Recreation transfer associate program provides quality instruction for students with appropriate work experience These programs may focus on topics in leadership, first aid, the environment, tourism, and nutrition. This curriculum meets the pre-professional and general education course requirements for transfer, but due to variations in upper-division requirements, students should confer with an advisor. Recreation professionals often work in youth agencies, but may also develop careers in industries such as healthcare, fitness, and travel and tourism.
