Transfer / Transfer Equivalency

  • The University System of Georgia recognizes a core curriculum that is common to transfer degree programs.
  • Generally, core curriculum areas that are completed are accepted by University System Schools.
  • Most courses require a grade of "C" or better to transfer.
  • Students will receive a full transfer credit in the core curriculum areas (Area A-F) if they receive an associate degree.
  • Students can utilize the transfer equivalency link in COAST to verify that courses taken at CCGA will transfer to another school.
