Human Resources – Compliance

Faculty and Staff Compliance Courses are mandatory for all USG employees. In order to maintain compliance with Federal, State, USG and CCGA policies, all employees will complete training courses on an annual basis. Human Resources will communicate the time parameters for annual completion. New employees will complete courses immediately.
New Employees
- USG Ethics Basic Training and Compliance Agreement - Log into MYCCCA, click on D2L, click on Select a Course
- Right to Know Hazardous Chemical Training
Annually
- Title IX, Clery Act and Harassment Training - Log into MYCCGA, click on EVERFI
- Annual Hazardous Waste Awareness Training
- FERPA – Registrar will communicate training date and time
- Information Security Awareness
You can find the program by logging in to the D2L via the CCGA Portal. Once in D2L, open the drop down menu at the top labeled Select a course and select Information Security Awareness. Within the Information Security Awareness course select the Content tab and read through the four chapters. Once completed, complete the Participation Statement and submit the quiz. - Motor Vehicle Use Training and forms (Anyone who drives on behalf of CCGA)
- Authorization to procure your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) - Print and send to HR
Contact HR if your driver’s license was issued outside of Georgia - Driver Acknowledgement form - Print and send to HR
- Defensive Driving Training - Must read in its entirety
- Training Acknowledgment form - Print and send to HR
- Authorization to procure your Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) - Print and send to HR
- Worker’s Compensation Return to Work Training (for Supervisors Only) - Log into MYCCGA, click on D2L, Select A Course, CCGA Training, List of Trainings
Periodically
USG Ethics Refresher Course - The USG requires periodic refresher ethics training and related certification courses typically every 18 months. Human Resources personnel will communicate when the course is available.
Online Safety Training
The University System of Georgia and The Department of Administrative Services has made the Safety National Learning Management System available online to all USG Institutions to help promote safety and awareness at home and in the workplace.
