Dental Benefits
Dental insurance is offered through MetLife. Members can take advantage of lower costs by utilizing the MetLife's negotiated fees which are typically 10-35 percent lower than the average dental fees. The annual deductible per covered member is $50 with a yearly maximum of $1,000. In network and out of network dentists can be visited. All paperwork and claims are filed by the dentist's office. Dental coverage is not always subject to annual open enrollment. Employees have the option to elect dental coverage when they are newly eligible for benefits, but there is no guaranteed enrollment period for future calendar years.
