What's In It For Me?

Here is what is really wonderful about science fairs: You participate because you want to participate. You choose your own project because its something you want to explore. You make it work. And because a science fair project allows you to test drive a college major or a career; it gives you training wheels for the real world. Also, science fairs connect you to new friends and can distinguish your future college application. Finally, science fairs are fun roll-up-your-sleeve, hold-your-breath fun! So whats in a science fair for you? Well, everything!" - The Archimedes Initiative

Visit the Archimedes Initiative website for more great videos. You can hear what other kids are saying about designing their experiments, developing hypotheses, and analyzing their data!
