Phi Theta Kappa, International Honor SocietySponsors: Sheila Ledford, Jean Choate, Dorthy Edwards, Jennifer Hatchel, John Kissinger, Holly Sterner and Gracia Toubia-Stucky
PTK is an international honor society that recognizes academic excellence in college students. It is one of the largest and most prestigious honor societies around the world. It offers members a myriad of opportunities for scholarships, intellectual enrichment and personal development through programs based on Phi Theta Kappa's four hallmarks of Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Fellowship.
We in the omicron Omega chapter at College of Coastal Georgia carry out many projects and activities related to these ideals. As a member of Phi Theta Kappa you enjoy many benefits including the participation in regional and international activities and nation-wide scholarship opportunities only available to Phi Theta Kappa members.
To be eligible at CCGA, currently enrolled students should have exited any Learning Support Requirements, earned at least 12 credit hours toward a degree and have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
