Transient Students

• Application for Admission and required application fee or Readmission Application,
• Letter of Good Standing or Transient permission form from home institution for each semester of attendance at CCGA,
• Certificates of Immunization to include verification of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Tetanus-Diphtheria, and Varicella (Chicken Pox). Students under the age of 19 must also provide proof of the Hepatitis B series. (Revised January 2005).
