Culinary Arts Offers Popular Dining Series at Camden
Kingsland, GA - Treat yourself to exceptional dinners as the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts students of the College of Coastal Georgia open the dining room doors of the Camden Center to showcase their talent. Beginning in February, students and instructors will offer a series of four evenings of fine dining. Chef Steven Ingersoll, Assistant Professor of Culinary Arts and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, personally works with the students to design the menus which the students then prepare and serve in the classic fine dining tradition. The prix fixe menus feature fresh, seasonal ingredients and unique touches to familiar favorites, all prepared to the highest standards. Examples include:
Dinners are available in a series of two - February 7 and March 28 or March 7 and April 11 - for $70/person. The romantic Valentine dinner is $40/person. The 2012 series sold out. The College of Coastal Georgia culinary program is fully accredited by the American Culinary Federation. Students in the program graduate with an AAS degree.
