Founders' Day

In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Chartering of College of Coastal Georgia, we invite you to join us for the inaugural Founder’s Day Weekend. Whether you are an alumnus from the first graduating class of 1966 or new to our community, we look forward to having you on campus. To get things started, we will be offering signature "kick-off" events taking place on the College's official anniversary - Friday, October 21st. Tours of the campus with an open house will be offered.

Then, our Southern Storyteller Series continues with a concert performed by Randall Bramblett on Friday evening on the grounds of the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Lawn beginning at 7pm. Tickets will be $10.00 for general admission but free to alumni, students, faculty and staff upon presentation of their id.

We look forward to seeing you at both events as well as the many other 50th anniversary celebrations planned for the coming year. For a complete listing of all 50th events, visit www.ccga.edu/foundersday.
