What is Employee Self Service?
Employee Self Service is a step in the Chancellor's new Customer Service Initiative at University System of Georgia
institutions.
Employee Self Service is required for all employees of the College, no matter what your role is in the system. ESS
is your portal to access and review your Personal, Benefits and Payroll Information. You can do so online from work, home, or
even while you are on vacation through the ease of internet access.

Guide prior to linking to the registration page.
Important Information:
When you register for Employee Self Service you will need the registration pass code: USG-6775, your name as it appears
on your paycheck, your SSN, your birthday, and your ADP employee Id number.
Your password must be at least eight (8) characters long and include at least one letter and one number or special character.
Please note: a valid e-mail address is required to register for Employee Self Service.
