Ms. Cooper is a graduate of Georgia Southern with a Master's Degree in Education. She attended Brunswick Junior College freshman year before transferring to Georgia Southern. Ms. Cooper is the Past Chairman of the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Cooper is married with three children and one grandchild.
