Major Gifts: Establishes fundraising policies, creates an awareness of the importance of private giving, sets goals for giving and actively engages in solicitations, and assesses progress, raises funds to ensure the financial health of the foundation and its ability to achieve defined mission and goals, examines trends and analyses implications for the future.
