Investment and Real Estate: Sets investment policies and oversees their management, reviews expenses, accounting, and financial reporting of investment actions, sets spending policies consistent with mission and long-term economic health of the Foundation; supports the physical assets of the college and the foundation, advocates for new structures and rehabilitations or removal of old structures as dictated by the operating and strategic plans of the College.
