If you are currently attending classes at College of Coastal Georgia, or have voluntarily broken enrollment for less than a calendar year, a readmission application is not required. Students who left under suspension or have broken enrollment for a year or longer must re-apply. Students who are currently attending and wish to change their major should fill out a Change of Major form with the Registrar's office

* I understand that any material false statement made knowingly and willingly by me on this application may result in a penalty in accordance with O.C.G.A. 16-10-71, which provides that upon conviction, a person who knowingly commits this offense shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisionment for not less than one year nor more than five years.
